When I first hired Mr. Fleckenstein, things seemed to be going well. After a couple of weeks he stopped returning my calls , I left message after message. A month went by every time I called he was never there. So I decided to go to the office and wait . I went into his office and demanded to see him. When he came out , I was like what is going on , why haven't you returned my calls? It's been a month. He goes on saying he doesn't think we can win the case and we should settle. I said what are you talking about !! He said the the exact opposite the last time we met. He said there's no way we could lose. So why the extreme change of heart . He wouldn't even look me in the eye. He was running for some political office. I don't know if my ex's family bribed him or if they offered him something. But when I went to pick my daughter up from her grandparents there was a huge vote for Fleckenstein sign. I ended up firing Tom and hiring a new lawyer . Together we won full custody of my daught
