Attorney Susan E. Turner was born in Massachusetts and has been a resident of Maryland for 16 years.

She graduated from American University in 1997 and from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2000. Upon graduation she clerked for the Honorable Richard Rombro in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Thereafter she handled literally thousands of cases representing Children in Need of Assistance (CINA) as an attorney for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. The Law Offices of David L. Ruben was very fortunate to hire Ms. Turner in 2005 and she has been with us ever since, handling family law cases, criminal and traffic cases and bankruptcy matters.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
