Mr. Snyder is involved in several organizations that focus on Maryland worker's compensation, including the Maryland Worker's Compensation Educational Association, in which he served as President in 2006, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Vocation Rehabilitation, and Fraud Committees, as well as other organizations furthering quality in the legal profession. Additionally, Mr. Snyder is active in the Anne Arundel County Community.

Mr. Snyder earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
