I contacted this attorney as he had listed PBJ expungement on his webpage. It was after hours Thursday so I left my information. I was told I would hear back Friday morning. I called in on Friday morning. I was told the attorney would get back to me at around lunch. I called in at lunch to make sure all was ok. I was told I would hear back before end of day. I called at 4:55 and was told I would not hear anything that day. I asked if I could send LinkedIn direct messages to the attorney and his partner Frank Gray. I was told this is fine so did this. I did not hear back from his office on Monday. I called today and said due to my numerous times trying to reach someone and hearing nothing back I felt it necessary to make sure others do not waste their time and let people know about this unresponsiveness on google and avvo. I expected to simply get an apology and answer. Instead I got a threatening, unprofessional, and unethical response. I highly recommend avoiding this attorney.
