Mr. Fischer is a rare, wonderful find when it comes to attorneys. His legal expertise as a criminal defense attorney is deep, yet he is always humble and easy to work with. He listened to me, was compassionate and collaborative, and always very responsive. He has a knack for explaining difficult concepts and making them simple. I was charged with felony assault, misdemeanor assault and reckless endangerment on 7/12/2018. The felony assault was dismissed very quickly due to the expertise of Mr. Fischer and the other two charges were dismissed before going in front of a jury. Excellent job on his part! I would recommend Mr. Fischer to all.

I was charged with a misdemeanor crime on 07/19/2018. I was scheduled a trial date of 10/18/2018. The case was dismissed from court on 8/10/2018 (22 days later) and I never had to appear in court. The firm is also having the charge expunged from my record. I am a cop, and beating this case was more important to me than one could imagine. It helped me keep my career, and I am forever grateful and indebted to Attorney David William Fischer. I also HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Dave

I heard about Mr. Fischer in the county jail. He had just won a murder case that was all over the tv. I hired him for my assault case and fired my other lawyer who was worthless. In 2 weeks the DA dropped all charges. Mr. Fischer is the man!
