She works with clients in connection with the development of educational and training programs for healthcare providers and often conducts in-service training programs for healthcare providers' staff members. Ms. Malone also participates in presentations for a number of healthcare-related professional associations such as the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Ms. Malone earned her B.A. from the University of Richmond and her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the University of Richmond Law Review.
