Hired Attorney

Patricia Ayars is an outstanding attorney, whose attention to detail and beside manner far exceed what one might expect from the services of an attorney. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

She has vast experience in a great number of fields. I had used her for my mortgage modification and done quite well.

Hired Attorney

Patricia Ayars does not return phone calls, she charges more for real estate closings than she originally quotes. Ms Ayars is never in her office and promotes herself as a firm however, is a lone Attorney. She is very disorganized and has been known to lie to her clients for her own benefit.

Hired Attorney

I cannot recommend this condo association attorney. In my experience, communication was inconsistent and explanations often shifted depending on the audience. When clarity and steady legal guidance were needed, we received ambiguity and defensiveness instead. What was most concerning was the apparent tendency to escalate matters rather than resolve them. Routine governance issues were pushed toward formal disputes and threatened litigation instead of practical, community-based solutions. For a condo association, that approach is not only disruptive — it is expensive. Legal fees mounted while common-sense resolutions were overlooked. There seemed to be little regard for the financial impact on unit owners. Aggressive posturing may benefit a law firm, but it does not benefit a community trying to manage its resources responsibly. If you need counsel who can de-escalate conflict, provide consistent guidance, and protect the community’s financial health this is not the attorney.
