My experience with Titus was truly one of the worst experiences of my life. An attorney should vigorously defend his client but he actively worked AGAINST me. He seemed to be working for the prosecution. He never contacted any of my witnesses even though he said he had. He was extremely hostile whenever I was able to reach him via telephone; he used profanity profusely. He never submitted any motions for me though I requested that he do so. When I told him I was firing him in order to hire a new attorney, he suddenly became agreeable and stated that he had made a 'deal' with the asstDA. He stated asstDA had said they had a "weak case" against me and were dropping a groundless 'neglect of a vulnerable adult' charge. So I kept Titus but he had lied about the deal. It never existed. Additionally I was also the only person in Wyoming history to receive a felony for poss of cbd hemp oil which was sold legally in WY. Titus rcd $11k from me. All I got was an alford plea and a felon for life.
