The employees and attorneys of McGuire Gardner are compassionate, caring and knowledgable. They gave us complete, detailed instructions for the paperwork that we had to gather. They never made us feel that we were deadbeats.

Once this firm agreed that I had a legitimate case I found there was no urgency on they're part to get my case resolved, costing me a lot of money. The attorney, Tyler Martin was not knowledgeable as far as my rights and was very lax & weak in negotiation and in meeting deadlines. He was very bad in keeping me posted. I felt I did all the fighting because they didn't.
