Dianne N. Sullivan, founding partner of Sullivan Shick PLC, brings deep dedication and extensive experience to her family law practice. Raised in Belleville, New Jersey, Dianne’s passion for the law was inspired by her family’s commitment to service and education. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Seton Hall University on a full scholarship and completed her law degree at Arizona State University. Dianne began her legal career as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Phoenix, successfully handling cases involving domestic violence, DUI, and other misdemeanors. She continued her work in criminal law, including positions with the County Public Defender’s Office, before discovering her true calling in family law. Believing in compassionate, client-focused advocacy, she established Sullivan Shick to provide personalized legal support to families. Dianne also served for 16 years as a Mesa Municipal Judge and is known for her commitment to justice and mentorship of new judges. Beyond her legal practice, she remains active in volunteer and pro bono initiatives, including support for veteran and homeless organizations, Wills for Heroes, and serving on the Board of Collaborative Professionals of Phoenix.
