Felicia A. Malsby's Family Law Resolutions is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Gig Harbor, WA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing family law, collaborative law, domestic relations and 5 other areas of law.
We had an awful experience working with Felicia. We ended up going with another mediator to finish our divorce. She encourages conflict and then charged extreme rates for every email sent between the parties and even higher rates for her responses. She definitely picked sides and was quite a bully. Even when discussing the needs of our autistic children she was dismissive and said things like “they won’t be the only autistic kids there”. The new mediator was shocked at her methods and had a motto that everything that needs to be discussed can be discussed in the session. We wasted thousands in felcicia and when we went to move to another mediator, Felicia hasbarely any of our paperwork done even though she charged us for the work on it.
I believe her to be a scam artist...Talking with the Court Facilitator , he indicated to me that her "quitting" after she took me for $2500 before finishing our divorce work was pure con job....She became irate when I asked her to specifically outline charges and fees after she claimed she had done $2500 worth of work...We still don't have or divorce and will have to hire another attorney to finish the work......This woman is not honest and her integrity is questionable.
The Attorney did not listen to a word I said, she lost paperwork. She was told to submit a proposal and she didn't so far for hardly any legal support I have spent $8,000
With regards to Amber Channell:{para}Poor communications skills that resulted in higher fees.Was lectured by the judge at trial for not knowing why she was objecting and at appeal for not knowing why she was appealing.Did not recall my wife when her ex husband and his family lied (issued no objections as well)on the stand.{para}Was told no guarantee,but that we had open/shut case as wife has full custody and ex has limited visitation.{para}Our bill with family lawyer $20k, lost case. Ex criminal lawyer $12k
