Hired Attorney

We were purchasing a FSBO and used Ellen to review the contract before closing on the house. It take a little longer to get a response than we expected, but otherwise we were pleased with her services.

I found Ellen to be competent in her position although she seemed slightly scatterbrained. She did a good job of preparing my will and helping my family with questions about my mom's estate. I think she could work on her communication by phone (seemed a little distracted) and on the amount of time in getting back to people regarding their issues. I feel she is my best option in Gibson City and fairly reasonably priced compared to lawyers in larger areas.
