I have used Mr. Gans professional services with regards to corporate business formation and Estate formation ie wills, trusts, and both medical and financial power of attorneys’. I was very impressed when discussing any legal subject he was able to explain any tax implications and verbatim stating the Federal and State statutes and explain them and how they are germane to your situation in detail. You will get extremely comprehensive answers to your questions and guidance. It would be a mistake not to retain his excellence.
