I had a simple case of a renter owing money for unpaid rent and damages. Lee Morris came to court unprepared, did not have the pictures, bills, estimates and the ledger prepared by the management company previously provided to her and to her partner Tim Sessing. Even the judge admonished her saying “this is your job to provide documents”. I ended up getting a lesser judgement than I was owed due to Ms. Lee’s poor preparation for the trial. I think Ms. Morris was embarrassed by the fact that she she did not fulfill her full obligation to me as her client, and stopped responding to emails. Took over 3 weeks for her to respond and email me the judgement copy to me when requested. Further emails went unanswered. So if you are a landlord, I would not recommend this firm.
