Hired Attorney

Now Comissioner DeBonte in Family Court. Probably one of the most cold hearted person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. She asks you questions that she doesn’t want the answers to. The things I want to say on this forum I just can’t. She has her mind made up before you even get in that court room. Goodluck. Scary ugly woman.

Hired Attorney

She was the commissioner presiding over my PFA hearing. My ex boyfriend had held me at gunpoint, there was a video of the incident, proof he violated the no contact order, another victim/witness, etc. Due to severe documented PTSD, I couldn’t remember the EXACT amount of times I called 911 or other minuscule details following the incident. She threw out the entire case, had his criminal charges dropped and had me Brady listed (but only after we filed an appeal). Disgusting woman who is a threat to DV victims.
