Let me start off by saying Mr. Campbell misrepresented himself from day one. Several times during our initial meeting and the months following, he stated "I can retire with the settlement of your case; cut and dry; black and white" Mr. Campbell was chronically late to meetings with expert witnesses, Plaintiffs, and most importantly documents with official deadlines. Not only was he chronically late, but he was rarely prepared. We were mortified when the Chauncey Court Judge felt it necessary to question Mr. Campbell 3 times in open court "will you be prepared in 30 days?" "Are you sure you'll be ready to present?" Guess what...you got it...not prepared. Over a two years and close to $60,000, did he inform us he did not have the manpower to go up against the Opposing Council. Keep in mind the Defendants never deviated from their initial Law Firm. Sadly we had so much invested, we were stuck with him. Mr. Campbell is one who makes Lawyers the butt of bad jokes!
RUN...RUN AWAY! Campbell was hired to represent a group of homeowners almost 4 years ago. The man has an excuse each time we reach out for updates. We were very transparent with him when we interviewed him regarding our case. Unfortunately, we are 4 years post Hurricane Sandy, and he has done very little to help our cause.
