Kevin: He handled a recent case with the expertise of a seasoned attorney ad litum. I am very appreciative of his fair and professional assessment of the situation and the way that he is truly all about the children. Thank you Kevin.
The court appointed Kevin Bonner to represent our children as Attorney Ad Litem. I can attest that Mr. Bonner truly looks out for the children that he represents and can set aside all of the silliness that adults bring into the already bewildering situation of divorce. He takes the necessary time and does his due-diligence to find out exactly what is best for the little ones, and gives them a powerful voice where they had none before. Family court, especially in a high-conflict custody case, is a scary place for any parent to find themselves. It is an even scarier place for the children that find themselves stuck in the middle of that battlefield. As for all of these bad reviews here, it should be considered that there will always be an unhappy party after an AAL does their job in a custody case, as they are only ever called in to resolve conflict. The reviews for such a difficult job will always reflect that.
I'm glad I got to work with Kevin. I needed help. He was there to help me. He did what he needed to do to help me get done what was needed to get things settled in my favor. We had great communication and honestly no hiccups on my end. I don't know what he had to do but it worked out for me, which is why you pay someone to help you in the first place lol. I would definitely recommend
Joel Kurtz is a great attorney to help with the sale of your business and property. We had a very complex contract brought to us by the law firm of the buyers and Williams Law Firm did a great job helping us through the process. Very responsive to all messages and questions we sent. We felt they really cared about us and making sure everything went smoothly in the transaction. We highly recommend them for any legal help you might need and will use them in the future if needed.
He was knowledgable, expedient and very accommodating. Very much s gentleman.
Did a good job on the Reckless Driving and Speeding ticket we got and had to go to court over.
Hiring this firm was a waste of time and the minimal effort put forth was actually detrimental to my case. I was referred to Jay who passed my case off to Joel Kurtz without even meeting with me. The equivalent of a chihuahua, Joel did not respond to most of the questions and concerns I had, wrote one letter, and followed up with a second response by email to the opposing party’s attorney, in which he included a personal opening remark that was unprofessional, disrespectful and detrimental to my case. Joel then excused himself from the matter since I didn’t have confidence in his ability to handle the matter. He did me that favor anyway. I only went to this firm because I was referred to Jay by an attorney I trusted and respected who was not local. This obviously would most likely have gone from bad to worse for me by using this firm. I have since inadvertently learned of another client whose case was slaughtered by Joel. Zero stars would be appropriate for this firm and Joel Kurtz.
Kevin Bonner was appointed as the guardian ad litem in my custody case. He immediately sided with the other party and it was very clear. He rarely responded to emails, and only met with us twice. My ex-wife and her current husband were making suicidal threats, physical violence, and at one point my son witnessed her holding a knife and threatening suicide. We shared evidence of bruising on my ex wife’s arm, text messages where she discloses the violence in the home and said it’s “scary”. However; Mr. Bonner still said he recommended our son live with her because in an email to my exwife after she was being rude, I said “lol sure”. Which he states was condescending and antagonistic. We also had proof that he was disclosing information to my ex-wife which is illegal that my son was saying. The stepdad confirmed it. However, he still didn’t feel my home was a better environment despite my 14 year old begging to relocate. He is biased and I recommend not hiring him.
