The case has stalled for 6 months and we can't even get him on the phone because his paralegal will not put him on saying that they have done everything they can but when we contact the county they say nothing has been done ... next steps are going to have to be filing a grievance with the bar and filing for dereliction, of duty.

Terrible comunication, way over-priced and he took money from my mortgage settlement check without my permission. Had to hire a new lawyer to fix his mistakes. I will be filing an official grievance with the Bar.
