Nash Nash Bean & Ford, LLP, based in Geneseo and Moline, Illinois, devotes its practice primarily in the areas of estate, business and tax planning and related areas of the law, as well as elder law and trust administration and probate. We offer guidance and advice to our clients in every area of estate planning. As members of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the information they need to make wise estate planning choices.

The firm is staffed with experienced attorneys and paralegals trained in the complex areas of probate, trust and tax law. The aim of each member of the law firm is to help clients accomplish their estate planning goals and to take the mystery out of the planning process.

Maryann is the calm, cool, knowledgeable attorney you need in your corner when real estate debacles occur. During the purchase of my home, there were mishaps that occurred due to the buyer of my home & buyer's buyer. This caused an initial delay of the first closing, however, maryann was able to prevent future delays and recover lost money/deposits. She worked hard to keep all things on track. She communicated well with us via phone & email and demonstrated compassion during frustrating time.

Hired Attorney Mary Ann Brown

Took nearly 4 years to settle a simple estate. Horrible communications. Hired a friend without prior instruction to do so to do back taxes that was clearly not necessary. IRS owed money. Cost estate many thousands of dollars through poor advice and actions. Seemed to have very poor knowledge of how to do estates and did not keep executors informed as to what had to be done and when. Our own research ended up with our not following her advice and saved estate several thousands.
