The times I actually spoke to Mr. Barnhill he was very professional,polite,& very positive about things. At court he does a great job & knows the law very well. Barnhill is very good at what he does and a powerful attorney. However, his communication is falling way short & needs tons of improvement. Once your retainer fee is paid he then becomes extremely hard to get a hold of & seldom returns phone calls, emails or messages.
Like I said earlier great attorney but bad communication skills
I hired him and paid almost $3000 in fees/retainer. He communicated with me a few times before my trial, then after became difficult to reach and eventually refused any communications. He put in what could have only been a few hours work and kept all my money despite being well over the actual price. He is a thief.
