I needed advice on a life estate, when the will was made online, as to what the true meaning was. I had issues with some of the beneficiaries not willing to comply with the will. Mr Kakassy explained everything to me and what the consequences could be before we continued. When we had to go to court, he was very supportive. Never having been through any of this, he was always there to answer and assist with questions I had, and I had alot. Even though I didn't take all of his advice at the time, I should have. Things he said would happen did, I should have listened to him. He is very knowledgeable of the law, and obviously has been through alot of different scenarios. I will continue to use his law firm for all legal issues I have, and will refer him to anyone seeking legal advice, for any situation. His assistance Amy and Thomas have been a great help to me.

I have gave carpenter and carpenter 8000.00 After that did not here from him never returned calls emails . Using thomas was a big relief he paid attention to detail always responed exspensive like most lawyers but worth it He spent time outside of court doing his research and work on case he actually does what he saids and more unlike most attorneys he is on top of his game 110.00 Percent hopefully i will never need a attorney again but if i do it will be thomas

I am so pleased with my experience as a client of Tom Kakassy. Tom was incredibly attentive and helpful. He gave me the unvarnished truth and provided unbiased insight based on the law and his experience. I don't know about you, but I'm not paying an attorney to tell me what I want to hear. I'm paying for guidance that prevents loss or hardship and benefits me. While Tom gave me feedback to burst my bubble, he was gracious and sympathetic. I am grateful he prevented me from making a mistake.

Several years ago I hired him to rep me in a legal case concerning professional employment. He talked at good case, filed necessary papers, and looked good. But the day prior to the court hearing, he quit. No explanation other than he did not expect the other party to fight. When they did; he just walked out. I lost $1000s by this action.

Terrible!!!! Tells you what you want to hear at consult, then after you pay him he treats you with no respect, no communication and that your case is not winnable. Wouldn't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time. My husband and I sought Mr. Kakassy for legal advice on a simple modification of child support. He did not listen well and we had to repeat information several times. He very quickly appeared to not want to help. He offered no reasonable solutions, but instead told my husband to get a vasectomy. Very rude and unprofessional.
