Hired Attorney

Lloyd helped me through a divorce and made it as smooth as possible. I have a family member that is a lawyer and when i asked for a recommendation for a good attorney they only had a one name, Lloyd Kelso. You may find a less expensive attorney but you get what you pay for and Lloyd was well worth what he charges. I would gladly recommend his services.

He and the staff are nice, but auto accidents are secondary at his firm and I should have taken a clue from that. They got all of my medical bills paid, but I felt that they could have been more helpful in getting lost wages from my work. I also thought that they didn't give their best effort because I wasn't paying them hourly. I got in a car accident and they took the money out of the end check. They did not call and keep me updated and it took them a long time to get results.

Mr. Kelso used a computer animated accident reconstruction to achieve the settlement after another law firm had attempted to try the case, but the first trial had ended in a mistrial because of a hung jury on the issue of liability; July 2001, a $50,000 settlement for a Lincoln County woman who was injured in a low speed rear end collision where there was little visible damage to her vehicle; January 2000, a $300,000 settlement for an Ohio man who suffered a back injury while riding a go cart at an amusement park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; February 1999, $210,000 settlement for a Tennessee woman who had neck surgery following her vehicle being struck from the rear in a low speed collision that did little visible damage to her vehicle.
