I hired Shelly for my custody case and regretted it. She was condescending, patronizing, did not prepare and was late. The judge had to take over questioning she was so unprepared. She had 6 months to get ready and asked her first question to me in the lobby of the court house when she showed up 45 minutes late. When the hearing was over, she offered me a substitution of attorney. When I accepted, she threw a fit and wouldn’t give me a final invoice for 4 months and that was only after I filed a complaint. I have never spent so much money and been so disappointed.
