ALERT!! Attorney Michelle West charged us for alot of work she never did! She billed us for calls she never made to us and for meetings she never had! She took advantage of the elderly in this case! Working with Attorney Michelle West was a ugly nightmare! It was a horrible experience! She never answered or returned our phone calls! When we did speak to her she was rude, pushy and a terrible listener. She would put words in our mouth that we never said! She would avoid answering our questions and didn't really care what the truth of our story was because she would write everything her way and it was the wrong way. She never got our story right and we still suffer from how unethical she was. And, she paid herself too much!, Please, learn from our mistake so no one else will have to experience the nightmare that we are still living because we hired Attorney Michelle West!
Extremely disappointed with attorney Michelle West's conduct! She was decietful and never answered her phone when you called her. She overbilled and charged for work she never did. I would never work with Attorney Michelle West again.
