We pride ourselves in our ability to respond promptly to all inquiries understanding that clients have a right to immediate access of information concerning all matters. The Nathanson Law Firm LLP uses cutting edge software to assist in its debt collection efforts, and internet investigation tools to locate debtors and their assets. We will sue to collect the debt once the debtor’s location has been verified. Each lawsuit will be aggressively followed to completion for entry of judgment and judgment enforcement proceedings, including wage garnishment via income execution and levy upon bank accounts via property execution, unless settlement is reached and agreeable to all parties. Our office offers various billing options. Clients who avail themselves of the contingency fee billing plan, will only pay a legal fee once we’ve succeeded in collecting on the debt. The amount of the fee is agreed upon before any action is taken and is paid only from the balance recovered. Other clients prefer paying on an hourly basis, particularly those with large outstanding balances who wish to minimize the amount of legal fees to be paid. For transactional matters, such as representation in sales of residential real property, we have reasonable flat fee billing options available. Most eviction proceedings are resolved with a combination of both a flat fee and hourly fee billing. It is with great pleasure that we also have the ability to give back to the community by providing many in need with pro bono or reduced fee charitable representation. Our services in debt relief are referred by The Eliezer Project and many local community leaders during rough economic times. We assist those in need with managing their debt as effectively as possible, and we attempt to negotiate resolutions with creditors and avoid bankruptcy whenever available.
