About Michael Drew Difalco

You'll find that I'm easily reachable, very approachable and truly intend to be helpful, starting with our very first communication. Clients deserve answers and I will provide them whenever possible, or provide a careful explanation of the issues involved when there are questions that have no clear answer. With compassionate and pragmatic legal advice, I guide my clients through complex divorce situations and all other family law matters. I also handle many uncontested or amicable divorces efficiently and affordably. In addition to my litigation practice, I help couples  reach a fair settlement through mediation. Every year, I also draft or negotiate many prenuptial agreements between engaged parties. I try to work out a fee that is fair and reasonable and when possible I work on a flat fee basis rather than billing by the hour. Hired Attorney

I found Michael while searching for a lawyer specializing in prenuptial agreements. Can't say enough about DiFalco's extraordinary work. He is responsive, thoughtful, empathetic, and always kept me informed of exactly what he was doing and how he was thinking. He worked so hard on researching my case, and knew specific case law that we relied upon. Earned every cent and more. It's relatively rare to feel good about a lawyer at the end of a case, but DiFalco really did a great job. Highly recommended.
