David Ehrlich is an associate at Stagg, Terenzi, Confusione & Wabnik, LLP. He specializes in commercial litigation and employment law. David has represented companies through all stages of commercial and employment litigation, including trials, appeals, hearings, discovery and settlements in both federal and state court and administrative agencies. He also advises companies on their day-to-day employment issues, such as hiring, disciplining and discharging employees, complying with the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, USERRA, FCRA, collective bargaining agreements and whistle blower regulations, and managing reductions-in-force. David develops EEO training programs and conducts training for managerial and non-managerial employees.
David graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he earned several awards for his academic excellence and was research editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University where he graduated cum laude.
Prior to joining Stagg, Terenzi, Confusione & Wabnik, David practiced as an associate with Jackson Lewis, LLP and Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., and worked for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department as a staff attorney.
