Hired Attorney Emily Fisher

The birth mother signed to terminate her rights. The birth father could not be located. The court appointed an ad litem to represent him and to see things were done properly in terminating his rights. It took 2 1/2 years for the necessary publications, etc., to be done in order to terminate his rights. I started calling the office often and things then progressed quickly. I would use her services again but would be more proactive and be the "squeaky wheel" so things would be done more quickly.

Hired Attorney Emily Fisher

I retired from the military in 2012. During that time my EX wife was trying to take my rights from me because I wasn't around because I did 3 tours in Iraq. I turned to Mrs. Fisher for help and she assigned her assistant to help me. I was lied too by her an her assistant during this time. I was forced to hire another lawyer and five years later we are still trying to fix the issues that her company has caused. I would recommend anyone except her or anyone who works under her.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
