Attorney Walter H. Stubbs has practiced law since 1982, successfully settling or trying hundreds of civil and criminal cases, including personal injury trials, commercial litigation, divorces, and felony jury trials. He also has extensive experience in real estate, banking law, bankruptcy (creditors’ rights), probate, and general business matters. Regular clients include banks, property developers, real estate brokers, homeowners associations, families, and individuals. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Stubbs is a title insurance agent and served as an adjunct professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Volunteer State Community College from 1994 to 2014.
