Born on May 14, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Joseph embarked on his academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Springhill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 1985. He continued his pursuit of legal education, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University, College of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1988. Throughout his law school tenure, Joseph distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court team, showcasing his dedication to legal advocacy and excellence.
Admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1989, Joseph remains an active and esteemed member of the legal community.
