Mr. Clarke was wonderful. He helped us out of a contract on a foreclosed home, for which the bank with which we contracted had no title. Were it not for Mr. Clarke and his help, we might still be living in a hotel, waiting to purchase a home still caught up in the current foreclosure quagmire. I would recommend him to anyone.
