Never trust lawyer by oral contract.Stephen David Lofaso promised me my case for $5k flat fee he would be charged in the same he took over from another lawyer who said my case for $5 k he kept run my bill for $30 k by signing $150.00 an hour I believe lawyer oral contract still good contract for 3 years by code of law . He filed non sense: plaintiff put his log tree cut cover outside basement the Sun did .not arrive so mold in the drywall cabinets and carpets he claimed for trees cut stems causing water run into his basement damaged but it was not true his house underwater way and deep down 20 ft down hill but with water run around the stump either rain. No straight into basement. Lofaso did not kept promise he told me sign to waive my bill ? and after that he sued for $4.4 kI still owed his bill He is not honesty and trust lawyer he filed for plaintiff no insert the pressure treated wood non sense on my case and charged for $1.2 k legal fee and he was filing wrong and withdrew .
