Our experience with Scott Weible for our bankruptcy was a very pleasant one. His experience in this area of law and his warm personality made an uncomfortable choice in life, a lot more comfortable. We would highly recommend him and his firm. Oh! His staff were some of the most pleasant people I've ever had the pleasure to talk with. Which is a rarity in today's world.

I was pleased that Scott took the time to explain all of the options available to us and the areas in which we might have difficulties. He is very up front about his charges and is quick to suggest ways we could keep costs down. I would rate his personal communication ability higher than any of the lawyers I had employed previously. The only thing that was less than optimum was the fact that his staff did not seem to be on the same page as we were at times. He has since made changes to fix that.
We had two areas that we very unsatisfactory. Although we did see immediate action at first, there was no follow through to assist in coming to a long term resolution. Second, we paid a retainer and were told that most probably the charges would be less. What actually happened is we were nickel and dimed. Charged for every conversation, email, phone call regardless how short. Understanding that "time is money" in professional services but this was far beyond reasonable expectations.
Not worth the money. Just know if you give him a retainer, it's gone. You'll never see a dime of it again regardless of how little work he does. And he's an arrogant jerk. I cannot tell you any more bluntly NOT to work with this guy or his firm.
Total crook! Billed for time he didn't put in. Dragged the case on forever and made excuse after excuse (I finally hired another attorney who got the job done quickly). He then withdrew and actually had the audacity to bill for his withdrawal time. In all my life of dealing with attorneys, Scott Weible is one of the most crooked and incompetent lawayers I've ever run into. And that says a LOT. Avoid his firm like the plague.
