Pity people in Gainesville,Mo. That you have no better options for attorney. She gives bad advice and I believe her and Malinda Abraham who she recommended for county public Administrator of my dad's will and estate. It's seems her Minlinda and Ozark realty are in cahoots together. If all possible hire someone else. My dad stopped at office on a Wednesday to work on will and they won't see him. Told him come back 10/28/21 well he died 4 days later. They look out for their pocket before you.
Mr. Gross was GAL in a custody case for my grandson. At the time he already had a casual small town attitude, completely ignoring any rights of a breast fed baby or mothers rights. (Setved papers within 24 hours of delivery from a MIA "Dad". We submitted medical study reports offered by a Psychiatrist who specializes in Child Development but they were negated as they were not within Missouri. Fast forward, 4 years later, he is the Judge who signed a temporary withholding order. The GAL is now the Judge who can help kidnap a child with no communication? Add to that, the attorney, Linda Mckinney, who was the attorney for baby dad is the GAL on the papers served yesterday. Corruption from day one. Good old boys club in Ozark, MO.
