I didn't even have to go to court. He got my case dismissed before I even had arraignment date. I would recommend him if you need a lawyer for anything. He is a good one to hire and you will be pleased with his work.

WE needed to file bankruptcy due to my medical issues that I had and was no longer able to work. At first the firm was very quick to gather all the information needed, but b/c we had to make payments it took about a year and half before the bankruptcy was final. In that time frame we were also transferred to a different attorney to represent us and by the end when it was our time to appear in court we were transferred back to Jed.
Not the best at a answering calls or texts ..I was constantly on edge not knowing what was going on... then court date arrived and I did NOT 100% AGREE WITH .WHAT JED DID. I even tried to voice my opinion to the judge but was sushed by Jed..... and as he leaves the court in all smiles and laughter...I'm learning what my punishment is ??? Communication was horrible and the outcome I don't feel was worth the almost $4000. ... I
I would not recommend this attorney. I was going through the worst time of my life as do most people when they are getting a divorce. I had not seen my child in two months. I paid jed 3500 to attend an emergency custody hearing with me. I came out of court divorced. He didn't even bother to fight for me. He encouraged me to sign all the papers my wife's lawyer had prepared. He told me if i didn't there was a chance the judge would take away my parental rights FOREVER which i feel was a lie.
