My husband and I wanted to set up a Trust. A trusted friend was asked if they set up a trust and who they used. He highly recommended Kevin. He carefully explained differences with in-depth answers. We're still in the process of finalizing but along the way Kevin and his staff have been delightful to work with and answer questions, sometimes the same ones twice.

Very caring. Very thorough. Knows elder law better than any other attorney I contacted. He was able to keep my father's home which he had left to me, even though Medicare had threatened to take it. Kevin told me about I paid him $2500.00 to set up the Trust, that I would not have to probate anything. Well now as it has come time to sell some of the property, it has come out that I as the executor do not have the authority to sell anything. Kevin did not get the Title changed and now Kevin will not return my calls. I've had to hire another lawyer to do the work I paid Kevin for and I'm going to have to probate the estate. I do not recommend hiring Kevin to set up a Trust or any estate planning.
Run, don’t walk from this lawyer! Charged more than the norm for establishing Trust for my mother. He didn’t complete his tasks as an attorney, more interested in $ signs. His smooth talking, “caring” manner is fake. I ended up paying more fees to another far more trustworthy attorney.
