About Jessica Foster

Jessica grew up in Clearwater, Florida, and attended the University of Florida in 2006 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the International Baccalaureate program. She attended UF during some of the most exciting years for the Gator sports teams (Go Gators!) and was very active in various organizations on campus. Jessica was awarded the F. Andrew Warden scholarship during her senior year and graduated in 2010.

She then went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she completed extensive coursework in intellectual property law, worked as a research assistant for a law professor, and participated in the mediation clinic. After graduating in 2013, Jessica practiced for some time in South Florida, before moving back to Gainesville with her husband in 2017. She is now a proud attorney at Allen Law Firm, P.A. Jessica and her husband are now the proud parents of two young and adorable kids.

INTEGRITY!!! Forget all of the commercials that you see on television. There are more behind the scenes responsibilities that require patience and time. The Allen Law Firm/Team went above and beyond! They made me feel like part of their family. They call to check on you, give you hugs, laugh, sympathize with you, and truly understanding of my needs. My husband and I were involved in an auto accident in 2020. We contacted Allen Law to help us figure out what to do. All the staff we can in contact with were knowledgeable, patient and caring. They helped us navigate this process and were great advocates on our behalf. While working with them we had 2 family deaths and they reached out during this time to provide comfort and offer assistance if we needed anything. We you see their advertisements that say you are treated like family, it is true. We couldn't have picked a better firm to assist us with our case.
