Christian A. Straile has been practicing law since 2003. Initially he focused on trial work in areas such as criminal defense, DUI, domestic violence, and divorces. His extensive experience spans cases from minor misdemeanors to life felonies, including complex matters like narcotics trafficking. Mr. Straile handles family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity, and provides legal representation to businesses, from start-up to litigation. Mr. Straile’s practice also include Guardianship, Exploitation of the Elderly, Probate and Planning.
Mr. Straile earned his LL.M. in tax law from the University of Florida, his J.D. from St. Thomas University, and his B.S. from Lambuth University. Before entering the legal profession, he worked as a financial advisor at Banker’s Life & Casualty and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Straile has been active in the legal community, serving as a past treasurer for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Young Lawyers Division and as a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also an Eagle Scout and has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
