Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Buttram cares about the needs of his client, but is truly concerned with what is the best for the children involved. He is very thorough and knows exactly what he is doing and uses the proper approach. He is very easy to talk with and readily provides constructive feedback. He is always available for his clients.
I hired Mr. Buttram to represent me against my ex-husband regarding his visitation with our daughter. My ex-husband had a history of domestic violence and abuse as well as an addiction to prescription medication. My greatest fear and concern was him being unsupervised with my daughter. Mr. Buttram fought hard for my case, called me directly to let me know of any developments, truly cared for my child and for me. Today, my ex chose to terminate his rights thanks to Mr. Buttram's hard work.
Mr. Buttram is an exceptional attorney, professional, caring, and hard-working. He will truly fight for every client. He represented my wife against a deadbeat ex- husband and won the case for her. Walt was relentless and fought hard to protect the rights of my step-daughter keeping her safety and protection as a priority. He is easy to talk to, compassionate, and most importantly, knows a client and their case without having to read a file or notes. You will not regret hiring him!
I got divorced 13 years ago. & it was a very uncomfortable process. (My then attorney did as required, but nothing more.) My ex husband walked away from his responsibilities and my former attorney did not pursue covering my interests. I was inadequately represented. For 13 years it's been that way. Until I was told about Walt! he did more to rectify my situation in 4 months than my former attorney did for the last 11 years out of 13!! Thank you Walt! I can't say it enough!
I have used Mr. Buttram's firm on a few occasions for varying reasons. I have also referred friends to him and always with a satisfactory outcome. I am very pleased with the services he provides.
A friend of mine recommended Walt Buttram to represent me in my divorce. I'm thankful I chose him as I have been well pleased with his knowledge and expertise. He is an excellent lawyer; honest, communicates well, follows through on appointments, phone calls and court hearings and offers good advice. I had a lengthly divorce/custody process (2 years) with one issue that is currently outstanding. I continue to have Walt represent me.
Mr. Buttram is an excellent attorney. He fought hard for my children and I. He won on every ground in my case. He provided excellent advice before and during my trial. He is very articulate in his speech and presentation, but he is convincing. He will fight hard for you, but above all, he is knowledgeable in family law as well as estate planning. He responds in a timely manner to your phone calls and concerns. I would recommend him to my family/friends. He won my fees also.
Seek legal counsel from some other person as this individual is not a man to be trusted. He will turn on and betray the very clients he represents. He will violate his ethical duty and behavior is questionable. Many other reputable attorneys in the areas to choose from. Do not hire this man.
Not happy with the way he handled my case, certainly felt he charged way to much for the amount of work he provided. He did not complete paperwork he was suppose to do to fulfill his obligation in my case. after repeated calls. He still would not check on the status of the paperwork in which he had made clerical errors. He was irresponsible and did not do the job he was hired to do yet charged 250 an hour and expected to be paid in full. I would not recommend his services.
