Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. At then end of our dealings I felt George and Minda (paralegal) were part of my family. Minda even met me at my Mom's nursing home to get some contracts pre signed for the closing of my parents home. George was able to expedite my conservatorship hearing with the atty ad litem and probate judge so we met in his chambers. I wish George had a satellite office in Atlanta and I'd never need any other legal professional beside his firm!
George C. Day and his associates were outstanding in the service they provided in addressing physical, financial, emotional and legal issues of an elderly parent. They were knowledgeable, understanding and responsive through several years of stressful legal interaction among family members.
He courteously addressed a need for a codicle on a will and completed my service in one visit for a reasonable price. I would use him again for general legal needs.
Hired 4 years ago for father's estate, still waiting on that paperwork he's promised for 4 years. I've never been so disgusted with something, I am am mentally drained trying to get him to do what he was paid to do! Not to mention each time I go into his office, I drive 180 miles one way, 3 hour . WITH NO RESULTS. Because of this mess land tax was not paid and state now has possession, thanks mr day! I'm done with his lies and have contacted another attorney to Sue him civilly.
Hired George to complete a real estate deed transfer. George agreed to do the work. After waiting two weeks, called to get status. Was told it would be next week. The following week was told the same. This went on for 4 weeks. NEVER could get anyone from his practice to call me and let me know what was happening. Let messages, after 6 weeks not a single call back - I called them on 7 different occasions.
