Hired Attorney Mr. Brian Copeland

The Wolf of Chestnut Street tried to pressure survivors into allowing him to close on parent’s house and when they didn’t he charged them $300 more than agreed upon. He’s really determined to take what he didn’t work for and what he didn’t provide from people grieving their loved ones. Fast talker. Listen closely and don’t let him pivot the conversation. Get a contract with this guy and hold him to it. Better yet, find someone else not on his block- family owns the whole thing.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
