Susan Harman-Scott, Attorney at Law, P.L.L.C. engages in the general practice of law, including elder law, family law, wills, trusts and estates, estate administration, and general civil litigation including personal injury, real property and contract matters. In addition, she is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission (NCDRC) as a Family Financial Mediator, and to mediate before the Clerk of Court. She is also a North Carolina certified arbitrator. This firm offers legal services at three locations across North Carolina and also offers the convenience of home visits for our clients who are unable to travel. Our technology allows us to provide comprehensive legal services in any North Carolina county.

Hired Attorney Susan Harman-Scott

I met with Susan Harman-Scott for a consultation about my father and potential Elder Abuse. Mrs. Scott was not only knowledgeable about the law, but her years of experience gave additional insight into my situation. I left the meeting feeling heard, validated, and calm with a clear path forward. She didn't rush me out of the office because I had taken up too much time and she didn't try to get me to spend money pursing routes that wouldn't be successful. She is excellent at what she does and knows how to communicate and explain topics and terms to non-lawyers. She was exactly what I needed and exceeded expectations.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
