Almost eight years after our lawsuit and the lasting effects of the accident are unbelievable. We deserved thousands if not hundreds of thousands in damages but one small NC law came up that damaged our case and Mr. Evans and his “bulldog” associate gave up. Almost 8 years later and my husband still has to have RFA on his neck no fewer than twice a year and most of the time the relief is tolerable at best. It’s messed up our lives, our relationship and our future because even to this day the repercussions of the accident are the same if. Not worse. We should have hired a big city attorney who would actually fight for us when they knew without doubt the accident was someone else’s fault.
