Hired Attorney James Dowling

Jim is a very good attorney. He has great instincts and follow through. He is well spoken and has the ability to cut to the chase of any problem. He is direct and clear in his communication and gets results. His fees are reasonable and proportionate to his services. I would recommend him as a solid and likable attorney with excellent courtroom skills.

I planned on acting pro se and spoke with Dowling about what my strategy was going to involve. He strongly urged against acting pro se so I hired him. Then he did exactly what I said I was going to do. It's like he took legal advice from me and then charged me for it. The outcome of the case was bad, and he did not fulfill his duty of providing competent legal representation at all. I've since acted pro se in THREE civil cases and had positive results. Not happy with Dowling.
