She understands what you are going through in the process and is very good at explaining what to expect next, what I needed to do next, and the possible outcomes, even if they weren't what I wanted to hear. Eleanor and Verena took the time to understand our family's needs, provided explanations of the various options available, and made recommendations. They went above and beyond to address all of our questions and concerns, and I felt so confident that our estate was in good hands that I recommended them to my father. He was a tough customer, and he was impressed too. He recently passed away, and it is wonderful to 1) have solid estate documents to rely on, and 2) have the firm in our corner again as we work through probate.
