This attorney didn't meet deadlines or fight for my case. He was a good talkie at the beginning but drags his feet on my case, and charged me increase hidden and normal fees with very little follow up process. like 250 for a faxes, etc. He allow my case to enter to trial when originally told it wasn't going to trial. He set me up for failure in medication. Mr. Kohl have a chance to review the whole case and told me it was simple and wouldn't cost much out of pocket. when did some negotiation at the end , but got a lot of money for nothing worth while that i could have done myself, has failed to schedule court hearings and motion that could have helped my case. It was a slap in the face. Currently, there are disposition not taken, motion wasn't filed that needed to be and used not even manage to strike back at the opposing party. He appear to be a good attorney, but please research, review , before losing your money when you especially works hard for it.
Two days before a jury trial , Kohl decided he needed help on the case. TWO DAYS. “I swear I didn’t think they would go to trial”. It went well downhill from there. Lawyer in name only. Get a good lawyer. Farrah, Morgan anybody.
This attorney talks a good talk in the beginning but drags his feet and charges exorbitant fees with very little follow through. He was my attorney for 16 months when my case was reopened by my ex-husband and his attorney. Mr. Kohl was aware of the documents filled and indicated he could get the issues resolved. He initially responded to everything and filled for child support modification. He decided to withdraw as my attorney after charging me fees and receiving payments totaling $6,500.00 which would be acceptable, but he has not managed to get issues resolved, has failed to schedule court hearings and respond to opposing counsel in a timely manner resulting in a Motion for Default being filed against me. Currently, there are multiple motions left open and he did not even manage to get the appropriate hearing scheduled for child support modification.
