I was dreading this but Austin did a great job! We game for this estate planning. Made it painless and such a relief to have every thing covered. The staff worked very well together.
He and his paralegal are on top of the whole process. Informing us of any changes, court dates, and documentation needed. They work well in making affordable payments for the fee.
I hired this firm in 2020 to resolve property issues for my father. I made it clear what my request were , paid our retainer and I continued to reach out periodically for follow ups. However I would hear nothing. Nothing was done, and if I did receive a response they would ask me for the same information. They’ve asked me for previously over and over again meaning that either they weren’t taking notes or weren’t listening. It has been four years and I can confirm to this date Absolutely nothing has been done. I have received nothing on my end as well as no progress for any of my issues have been. If I could go back and hire another firm, I would have I had left a review two years ago, saying the same thing and Daryl Pratt called me immediately and said they would get me taken care of and all sorted out. Out of good faith, I amended my review I look back and regret it Because nothing has been done just an occasional ask of what needs to be done again. I cannot recommend this firm
