Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP is a law firm established in 2004 with an office in Frisco, TX. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing wills and probate, divorce, child custody and visitation and 9 other areas of law.
Hired Hernandez for a divorce. She did a great "sales pitch" when I interviewed her. She openly admitted that opposing council was going to be aggressive and will "make it harder than it has to be". She knew what she was up against. Temporary Hearing. A train wreck. Opposing council was organized and executed his plan perfectly. Hernandez was unprepared and had no game plan. I fired her the next day and hired a firm that successfully represented me and my daughter.
When I went into mediation, I was very hopeful. After my first encounter, I quickly realized that my concerns were not valid. I did not feel like I got to be truly heard and was kept being told I should be thankful. I found that some comments were unnecessary and unprofessional.
