Never felt so empowered!! When my case wrapped up two weeks ago, the paralegal at Barbieri Law Firm asked how my experience was overall and if there was anything else that they could have done to make the journey with Ms. Barbieri and her team better. My initial reaction was shock. I can see a fancy restaurant asking, but a law firm? Then, I thought about her question. I have to admit, I was stumped. There was nothing more or better they could do. First and most importantly, they helped me deal with an embarrassing legal matter. And I realize a lot of people might not feel comfortable leaving a review with their actual name. But, I don't care. Yes, I messed up. I'm human. But I was never felt belittled by these guys once. They were respectful, empathetic, and really, really wicked smart and great at what they do. That is why I am going back and leaving reviews for anyone who needs legal help. These guys are the very best in their field, hands down.

This is the second time I have had to use Mr. Barbieri and her services for two completed unrealted situations. The first was several years ago. This time I was accused of something that I didn't do. Mrs. Barbieri and her team believed in me. They were one of the only ones who did. They made me fell like I was their most important top priority every time I deal with Mrs. Barbieri or one of her staff. You're not going to fine someone who is as passionate, knows how to build a strong defense, knows how to poke holes in the state's argument and is not afraid for fight than Mrs. Barbieri.

He was condescending when I was able to talk to him. So, I found the Barbieri Law Firm. I was actually at a hearing, and I was talking to the someone in the cafeteria. Turns out it was a prosecutor. I asked the prosecutor who she hates going up against the most. And she said: "Heather Barbieri." without even hesitating or thinking about it. So, I searched. I read her reviews and thought it was too good to be true. But, it's not. She is that great.

Deciding to hire Barberi Law for my husband’s federal appeal was the worst financial decision I’ve ever made. While they were initially open and helpful in explaining the process, the communication dropped off significantly once they had our money. We were contracted with them for approximately three months, during which they billed us over $25,000. Despite these massive weekly charges for 'research' and 'updates,' absolutely nothing was accomplished. They failed to secure the case discovery from the original lawyer, and we were told that pulling trial transcripts would only add to our already mounting debt. After three months and a small fortune spent, we never even received a basic answer as to whether an appeal was actually viable. If you are looking for actual results and transparent billing, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. If you enjoy throwing money away for no progress, this is the firm for you.
