My wife and I were in a car accident, we were rear ended by a suv . I had to have knee surgery and due to the accident, I had to have rehabilitation on my knee and I also injured my back. The surgery and rehab took almost three years to complete. I talked to a Butch Wagner on the very first visit and after that I never could get a hold of him. Every time I would call I would get a different parallel that didn’t know my case and I would have to give them all of my medical records and bills and I had to tell them what was going on and what my injuries were! I had talked to 4 different paralegals during the 5 years of my case, and I had to give them my medical records 5 different times, Then I went to mediation and again there was a new person that I had never met and again I had to basically go over my injuries and rehabilitation, the time limit was coming up and I had to settle the case for 100,000. I had to pay for my surger,when Butch Wagner told me I would get around 500,000 dollars!
